Reacting with quick wit

Sometimes people confront us with things that leave us speechless at first. Only later do we have ideas on how we could have reacted. Or instead of countering confidently and appropriately to the situation, we immediately react with attack and get upset.

Quick-wittedness can be learned. In this seminar you will learn how to react confidently and self-assuredly in difficult conversations. Together we will work out ways of dealing with provocations, attacks and inappropriate criticism.
